The short version
Remy exists because someone we know ran the front desk of an independent vet clinic for eleven years and spent the last three of those years drowning in insurance paperwork. Every time an insurer launched a new portal or changed a form, another afternoon of her week disappeared.
We did not want to build another PIMS. We did not want to build a consumer insurance marketplace. We wanted to build exactly one thing: a reliable assistant that takes the claims paperwork off the desk of a practice manager who deserves to be doing better work.
That’s all Remy does. That’s all it will ever do.
How we work
Small team. Direct access. Same-week fixes.
Small team by choice. Every clinic that joins Remy gets direct access to the founder by email. When something’s wrong, you tell us, and we fix it the same week. When you want a feature, we add it to the list and tell you honestly whether it’s next up or six months out.
We’ll never be a 200-person SaaS company. That’s deliberate. Our goal is 200 great clinics on the platform, not 20,000 indifferent ones.
What we won’t do
We won’t sell your data. We won’t use your clinical notes to train anyone else’s model. We won’t white-label Remy for an insurer, a PIMS, or a pet pharmacy chain — too much conflict of interest.
We won’t raise a Series B and chase enterprise logos. We won’t market to pet owners. We won’t start a podcast.
We will keep the lights on, ship the product, and answer the email.
